This is for the bride whose wedding was in May 2012. My daughter ordered an Allure gown on April 1, 2012 and we received it in early May. I don't think it was even 6 weeks. The dress is gorgeous and we couldn't be happier. I can't imagine that it was the manufacturer holding it up, ours came much sooner than we expected. And certainly the bridal shop should have been able to find out what was going on. I hope that you got your dresses in time and your wedding was beautiful!

Great selection of dresses for brides but I had trouble finding the right dress for my bridesmaids. wish they had more selection to try on instead of a catalog.

Allure bridal was very helpful with helping me find my dream wedding dress. The lady put in dresses that she thought would look good based on my body type. They were reasonably priced when it came to the dress, but were expensive when it came to the bridal gowns alterations. One of my bridesmaids ended up expecting and having to order a new dress they were very accommodating in ordering a new dress in time for the big day.

I received excellent customer service and help from Rita from the second I walked into the store. Unfortunately her coworker ruined the sale. I was looking for a bridesmaid dress to order in white because our wedding was a bit more informal and I didn't want to spend a lot on the dress, which Rita totally respected. Her coworker was disgusted with this idea and kept questioning why I wasn't looking for a gown and she kept pushing the issue by bringing me gowns instead of the bridesmaid dress idea I had. I did find my dress there and was going to purchase it from Allure, but the woman's attitude made me think twice and I ended up purchasing it from another shop. I would recommend this place if you deal with Rita only, but that might be unrealistic.

It is less than 6 weeks to my wedding date. I ordered my wedding dress through Aubany Bridal, which is an Allure Dress, on May 11th, 2011. This was almost a year ago. Also, my bridesmaids ordered their bridesmaid dresses through Aubany Bridal in October 2011, they are also Allure Dresses. As mentioned, it is now less than 6 weeks to the wedding date and we have no dresses. We have contacted Aubany Bridal on mulitple occaisions to get information on where our dresses are and when they will be in for pick up so we can get any alterations done that are needed. They cannot provide us with any information, and put the blame on the manufacuturer, Allure. They tell us there is nothing they can do, and they have no information for us. All the dresses are paid in full, and they cannot tell us if the dresses will be here in a week, two weeks, three weeks, or even before the wedding the date. I am very disappointed with Aubany Bridal. They have not done anything for us, or even offered us anything or any other answers. I would NOT recommend Aubany Bridal to any other bride. The customer service I have recieved from the owner and employees is unacceptable. They should be able to give us answers and be able to come up with other ways to make this situation better.

I ordered some sling back heels for my elopement which is going to take place on April 26th. The heels were made by Allure Bridal and the site I ordered from was Unique Vintage. I ordered the shoes on April 1st in the afternoon. By the 10th, I was beginning to wonder where my package was. By the 13th, I was getting nervous. And yesterday, the 15th my mother called. A cust rep from Unique Vintage told us that since (Allure Bridal) is the manu. she cannot provide info on the shipment b.c it was sent from Allure's warehouse- not UV's. She said she would email a tracking number within 24 hrs. Checked the email 24 hrs later....no tracking number. Called UV back and they stated that Allure had screwed the order and would be NOWWWWW sending the shoes within 5-10 business days...um ...IM GETTING MARRIED ON THE 26TH. (10 freakin days!) I gave them plennnttttyyy of time...didn't even call til the 15th!!! I asked if they could just express ship my package b.c time wasn't there for me anymore, but the cust rep said nope they would only ground ship it. Well, isn't that kind of them? I told her I needed a refund then. Now, having to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back...but hey, they don't get a dime from me in the end. I do not reccomend them to brides who are stressed as it is. Now I must look for different shoes.
