Brides by Demetrios in Altamonte Springs (FL) was wonderful to work with! I met Patty at a bridal show and made an appintment with her. She was very patient with me and was able to figure out the type of dress I was looking forward. Patty knew her inventory very well and was the one even the one who picked the dress I ended up choosing! The store was very helpfull through the whol ordering and altering process. We ordered bridemaid dresses from Demetrios and the women were very helpfull then as well, when I had a hard time deciding.

Every staff member I encountered at Brides by Demetrios was helpful, friendly and most of all didn't make me feel like just another number. Nakeata (sp?) was AMAZING! She was patient with me when I wanted to try on a million dresses and when I was indecisive she never made me feel rushed or inconveniencing. She and the other staff members remembered me every time I was there and remembered details about me. It always felt like a personal experience. They have a great selection of dresses and were very accommodating when it came to pricing. Highly recommended!!

Sooo amazing!! Not only did I get my wedding dress here, but I also got the bridesmaids dresses. Every step of the way they were so helpful and awesome! Couldnt imagine anything better in a dress store!

I want to sincerely thank everyone at Brides by Demetrios and especially Angelica who altered my dress! My dress was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! Everyone loved it, even vendors that see many many dresses were amazed at the beading and detail of my dress! Angelica was so patient and did such a fabulous job! My top needed heavy altering in the waist, it was way too big and she pulled it off! I was really nervous about how the dress would look since there was at least 5 inches from each side to be pulled in, but it ended up being PERFECT! The girls at the store were also super helpful and friendly!! Thank you for helping me look so amazing on my special day- it was perfect!

These ladies are all awesome. Got a great relationship with them!! I will definitely recommend them as the top store for bridal gowns!!

The staff was very professional and listened to what I wanted. They made sure I was happy with my dress choice and offered help whenever it was asked of them. I absolutely love my dress and it even came with extra pieces that I wasn't aware of. The alterations team was wonderful too, making sure every detail was perfect. When I picked up my dress the final time they made sure to steam everything and packed my dress up perfectly. I received soo many compliments on my dress! I would definitely check out brides by demetrios.

Every bride deserves the Demetrios treatment!! I found my wedding dress there after a horrible experience at several chain bridal shops, Brides by Demetrios treats you like a million bucks without having to spend that. Nazarin is an angel, she knew exactly what I wanted after my one minute description. I went back for my bridesmaids dresses and couldn't be happier with the quality and affordability of Demetrios. I would send everyone to Brides by Demetrios to save them from the wedding dress stress! Save your sanity and wallet and head to Brides by Demetrios!!

WOW!!! Great job all around here! I never met such a group of nice and effiecient ladies! They were very accomodating with helping me with my fitting schedule as I was living out of town and made sure my dress was perfect in a very short amount of time. They were absolutely the best!!!

When I started my journey of finding a wedding dress I really didn't know what I wanted other than not to look like a frosted cupcake which is what I felt like when I tried on wedding dresses at other shops. When I arrived at Brides by Demetrios it was refreshing the consultant actually listed to my likes and dislikes and selected dresses accordingly. After going to Brides by Demetrois in Tampa with one of my bridesmaids and finding a dress I felt was a strong contender I made an appointment to try on the same dress for my parents at the Altamonte Springs location. The stars must have been lined up because they fell in love with the dress as much as I had so we placed the order. The consultant was even nice enough to let us the know the dress we were ordering would be showcased in an upcoming trunk show that coming weekend where it would be discounted by $200 so she told down all our information and submitted the order during the trunk show so we would get the discount. When the dress came in a few months later it was almost a perfect fit only a few alterations were needed. On my wedding day I felt like a Princess the dress fit me perfectly, thanks to Brides by Demetrios.

I purchased my wedding dress and bride maid dresses from Brides by Demetrios and couldn't be happier. The material was just so beautiful and elegant. Everyone gave me compliments on my dress.

I did not buy my dress here because the prices were out of my budget, but I think it is worth commenting, because 1 . I was treated exceptionally well even after I told the sales lady that the average wedding dress price was more than I had available. These people did not rush me out the door to get to the next sale. They were patient, polite, and still tried to help me find something else. I really appreciate the care and time they took knowing I wasn't a quick dollar. even though I did not shop I will recommend this store to other people I meet.

I truly have no words to describe how beautiful my wedding dress was! I wanted to have a "trash the dress" photo-shoot but I decided to keep it as a family heirloom, ( it is that special to me) needless to say, excellent service. Thanks.

I got the best service and price here for my dream gown! I was looking everywhere for the perfect gown and was not very successful but my wedding planner reccomended me to look here and I found my perfect gown. I was so happy! I just sent my gown in for preservation and hope to wear it one day again at a vow renewal :)

Out of the five bridal salons I visited from here all the way down to Miami, Demetrios had the most attentive and client-pleasing staff. My consultant Nakeata was absolutely wonderful to work with and truly went above and beyond. Both my mother and I came to the store after having no luck at a bridal boutique in Miami. Nakeata listened to me when I talked about the look I wanted to achieve on my wedding day. She actually pulled my perfect dress right out of the gate! Nakeata really became like family to me as I went through the whole process. She was there with me throughout the entire process including all of the fittings and my many visits back to the store to see how my jewelry and shoes look with the dress. She always gave me excellent advice and became more than just a consultant but a friend. The entire staff at Demetrios was amazingly friendly and extremely helpful to me. I highly recommend any bride looking for their gown to go see the ladies at Demetrios!

The consultants at Demetrios were fabulous! On my first day of wedding gown shopping I found THE dress. My consultant stayed within my budget for all the dresses she suggested, which was very important to me. The seamstress there was also spectacular.

Rosa at Brides by Demitrio was very helpful. I loved my dress and felt so beautiful in it. It completed my special day!

I didn't get my wedding dress here, but they have beautiful dresses. The staff was friendly and nice. I tried on several dresses and I didn't buy anything and they were still really nice. I purchased a dress here for a formal ball and the price was right. I really like the location and ambiance as well.

Gowns are little on the high end for bridal gowns, bridesmaid gown are great in price. The staff is great, Naketa is the best, the store manage Michelle is a joy. They really make you feel like it is your day and you get what you want.

I thought their selection was fabulous and their customer service was what I expected it to be. Spent a couple days finding and trying the right gown and found it!
