We felt immediately that Kristy & Cheryl understood what we were looking for in the type of wedding we were planning. We wanted a country/western wedding, at a farm, complete with my horse involved w/the wedding. We went with the full package and they captured the finest details from A-Z, found us the best pricing, were very responsive (Kristy was in touch via email & text messaging, and she would send me photos of ideas she had) & they had everything set up perfectly. In fact, looking back at photos, there were details we didn't even "catch" on our wedding day that were fabulous! We are still receiving compliments as to how unique and elegant our wedding day was! They even made our wedding invitations & thank you cards to match our theme! They were on time, very responsive, very quick to respond, and it was a very elegant, classy wedding! They spend a lot of time with us the Saturday prior to our wedding to pull last minute details together. The only thing I would have liked to see, is them making sure my hair/makeup looked perfect throughout the day, as the package we purchased was supposed to include this but I was never approached to fix my lipstick or run a brush through my hair, nor asissted in the ladies room. We will be hiring them for our baby shower in the future! Donna & Chris

Words can not express the gratitude my husband and I have for KC Event Planning!!! They did a full service from top to bottom and it was worth every penny...They have such an eye for even the smallest details!!!! I would recommend them to ANYONE who wants a PERFECT DAY!!! Kristy did an AMAZING job at helping me plan my wedding! She found me great deals on various essentials. People raved about my invitations and they were at a very affordable cost. My venue wanted to charge me above and beyond for the chair covers, but Kristy got them for nearly half the cost! Thank you so much for making our day that much more special!

Kristy and Cheryl did the day of coordination at my wedding. They were amazing. I felt like a celebrity! There were always there when I needed something and made my day run smooth. It was the best day of my life and KC Event planning made it even better!

I hired KC Event Planning to do full service event planning for my wedding. It was the best decision that I ever made!! They knew exactly what to do and were always available to answer all of my questions and concerns whenever I needed them. They turned my dream wedding into a reality. Everything ended up being perfect on the big day...down to the last detail. Nothing was over looked. Knowing that I had the girls' help took all the stress away. Their organizational skills were impeccable and their artistic vision was amazing. We have been getting phone calls non-stop since the wedding with everyone raving about it. I can't begin to tell you how many people told us it was "the best wedding they have ever been to." KC Event Planning made this all possible. They truly treated the wedding as if it were their own and worked so hard. My wedding turned out perfect!!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Cheryl and Kristy were fantastic!!! Being a DIY kinda girl, I took on everything for my wedding including handmade invitations, centerpieces, lighting, place cards, candy buffet, ceremony decorations, etc, etc! After so many last minute hitches, I called on KC Event Planning for help and booked them for their Day of Coordination package. They really did help to save my day and were so extremely pleasant and professional! The setup of the ceremony and reception looked flawless and we all looked like we knew what we were doing-- thanks to these two fantastic ladies! From the bottom of my heart, thank you so so much! Jon and I loved our day!! We'd recommend KC Event Planning 100 percent!

Kristy and Cheryl were great; they helped me with every detail of my wedding. They reminded me of all the little things that I didnt even think of. They also helped me with some little projects I wanted to do myself. They were such a big help. Without them I know my wedding would not have gone as smoothly as it did. I highly recommend them for any event.

Kristy was AMAZING! We did the one day service and she met with us 3 times prior, including rotating around our schedule. Although we had a lot of things done beforehand, Kristy provided us with many unique ideas. She was with us for the rehearsal and the entire wedding day. She also contacted other vendors to check they were on schedule and when our chair rentals didn't show up on time, she was there to call them and ask for reimbursement. We couldn't have done those last minute details without her!

Friends of our suggested we get a day of wedding planner to ensure all runs smoothly - especially so our parents dont get caught up in any last minute drama. KC Events seemed to offer a great package at a great price. Prior to the wedding we had 3 phone calls to discuss wedding day details and all went smoothly. They were very responsive during this time and they even came to the rehearsal to meet everyone and make sure they were good on all plans for the wedding day. What I wasnt pleased with was their lack of responsiveness on the wedding day. There were 2 coordinators and I was under the impression they would split up during the day to ensure both the wedding party and guests were under control. However they did not. Our photos were taken outside and it was a chilly day. I was freezing cold and it would have been nice to have one of the coordinators outside with us during photos with a jacket for me (when I was off camera). This wasnt something I had asked for originally but I thought about it after when I realized they had been sitting inside the entire time just hanging out. The other area they neglected to help with was coordinating our family photos which we had originally discussed together so it was disappointing they sat inside during this time as well. It gets very hectic pulling everyone together so it would have been very helpful if one of them had actually helped at that point. Lastly, when we got to the bridal suite prior to going down to the reception, neither one was there and we had a slight dress emergency that would have been key for them to help with. Overall, they were very pleasant to work with - however they did not meet my expectations on the wedding day itself.
