Mueller's Bakery

Our wedding cake was amazing! When we began the decision making process at their bakery we were greeted with a wonderful and delicious spread of Mueller's cakes to try out. Every single one was delicious! We finally narrowed down our decision to red velvet and it was the best decision ever!! Our cake was gorgeous and they delivered it on time and had it all set up with our cake topper. Our guests loved it and so did we!! They are a bakery you can count on and trust that your cake will be very special and delicious for your wedding day! Thank you Mueller's!!

I found Mueller's Bakery through wedding wire and despite some of the negative reviews I went with them because we wanted to keep our business local. When I met with them a few months before our wedding, I could not have been more pleased. They provided a wonderful tasting and were patient with me while I struggled to make a decision! I told them what I was willing to spend and we were able to get exactly what I wanted for less than I expected. The wedding cake and the grooms cake were delivered early (which was perfect) and they were gorgeous and tasted even better. I was very happy with Mueller's!

I love Mueller's Bakery. We go there every summer for their amazing crumb cake and sprinkle cookies. Their cake is excellent as well, I just wasn't so pleased about the lack of communication regarding my wedding cake. I had e-mailed them specifically what I had wanted, and I confirmed with them through e-mail. I had called them to reconfirm, and the girl gave me a different balance than what I was quoted through e-mail. I figured I would just go into the store and clear things up. When I went in to pay the balance, I confirmed with a worker, and the order seemed to be correct. I had asked for shells on my cake, 2 adirondack chairs as toppers, and blue waves on each tier. On the day of the wedding, there were no chairs as requested, and some of the blue waves were completely smudged. I realize that the blue waves could have been smudged during transportation, but it seemed to be pretty easily fixed. Overall I didn't care about the issues with the cake that much, it just seemed like there was a lot of carelessness on their part.

We did all of our correspondence via email, as I live in a different state. I emailed a picture of the cake I desired. We saw the cake for the first time at our reception, it looked just like the picture, it was absolutely beautiful!! We had many compliments on both the flavor and the design. Muellers baker exceeded our expectations. Thank you!!!

Muellers made the desserts for our wedding day and we couldn't have been more pleased. Everything was delicious!

Mueller's Bakery is one of the best bakeries ever. We ended up getting our wedding cake there because it was included in the package offered by our reception venue. But to be honest, I probably would have gotten it there anyway. Our cake was gorgeous and absolutely delicious!

We decided to have cupcakes for our wedding and Mueller's was flexible enough to make 3 kinds for us so we could make everyone happy! We had red velvet with buttercream frosting, carrot with cream cheese frosting and chocolate with chocolate fudge..and YUM! Everyone loved them and they made a ton so we still have a few in the freezer. I went to the bakery ahead of time to taste each kind to make sure we liked the frosting/cake combos and they made one of each for me. We will definitely use Mueller's in the future for all of our cake needs!

Wow, they are absolutely terrible! My cake was supposed to be Chocolate cake with raspberry preserve filling with Chocolate fudge icing. I cut into my cake and it was a white cake! ughhhh. They forgot to deliver my cake topper so we wasted the money on it, when will i use it again?!?! When I called to discuss the issue, the owner took days to return my call and when he did he was not apologetic. In fact he said the decorator said he made a chocolate cake. I said are you aware that weddings usually have photographers, I can show you a picture. After all was said and done I have not been refunded any money and they ruined my cake. shame on them! in response to their comment: the outside was chocolate so of course the catering hall said it was correct, that was what they saw. also I HAVE PICTURES!!! the cake was incorrect. they delivered the cake topper at around 9pm. my wedding was over at 10. too late! The cake was paid through my venue (with my money) and they are just giving me the run-around. Even now, they can't apologize. They are too defensive to acknowledge the levity of their error. No my wedding is not the end-all be-all but it was my big day that was effected by their error. Poor customer service! I could have been ok with the errors, had they at least been apologetic and sincere but they were neither. The manager Kacy or katie was the most professional and sincere person there, you would think the owners would care just as much...possibly more.

The cake was beautiful and delicious. The only little snag was the young girls that they have answering the phones that work in the bakery. They were not very helpful if the woman in charge of the cake was not there.

Working with Mueller's Bakery was a wonderful experience. Not wanting traditional cake, my husband and I specially requested a cheesecake for our wedding cake. I thought that it would cost a ton of extra money, but it didn't. Not only was the cake beautiful, but everyone raved about it for weeks after the wedding was over. It was a sure hit! Thank you Mueller's!

Cake was included in my reception site package. Had a ribbon bow on top that looked "smooshed"...not sure if no one "fluffed' it upon delivery or where the problem was. Also, had a discolored smudge on one side of the ivory icing. Again, not sure who to blame. DELICIOUS though!

Beautiful, fabulous, yummy cake. Everyone raved about how unusual it was and so tasty. The top layer even tasted great a year later on our anniversary. They were very low stress to deal with and communicated great through email or phone. The cake for my reception was paid for through the reception hall.

My husband and I had carrot cake for our wedding cake. It was amazing! I had had it with nuts but asked for our cake without since of food allergies. Still tasted fantastic. They also had books to help us choose designs. Great service and it looked terrific and tasted even better.
