Pocket Full of Posies is the contracted florist for The Smithville Inn, where we had our wedding on 4/27/13. Any worries I had about being "forced" to pick them flew out the window when I had my first meeting with them! I had rough visions for what I wanted, but was having a hard time making it into something concrete and specific. The staff person asked me a series of questions to help me narrow down what I wanted and helped me to create something that I felt was truly personal to me. On the day of, everything looked absolutely stunning!! The flowers that decorated the archway under which we got married, all of the bridal bouquets, and all the little accent flower pieces were beautiful. It was just what I imagined and my bouquet still looks great a week and a half later :) Pocket Full of Posies will help make your wedding beautiful!

From the moment my now husband and parents-in-law walked into the Pocket Full of Posies shop, the owner Bethann made us feel very welcomed. I had consistently seen PFOP highly recommended on many wedding sites, but since I'm not a fan of flowers, I wasn't sure what to expect. Bethann listened patiently to our wants and gave great suggestions and examples of her work. After she provided an initial quote, I did shop around, but did not find any other florist that connected to what I wanted for my floral needs. Since the initial quote Bethann provided was outside of our budget, I asked if she could work with us. She immediately got back to us with great options that were well within our price range. As our wedding day approached, I gave her suggestions on what I'd like to see the bouquets look like and she was so excited to take my feedback and executed the arrangements beautifully. Moreover, 3 days before the wedding, I asked for 2 additional new arrangements to be added. Bethann handled the request with no problem and truly delivered an exceptional experience that made my venue and attendants pop! I certainly became a flower fan for a day after dealing with Pocket Full of Posies.

Pocket Full of Posies was the first and only place I went to when looking for a florist for our wedding on November 30, 2012. After meeting with Beth Anne, I knew that there was no point in looking anywhere else. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was also extremely honest with me. There was never any doubt or worry that everything wasn't going to be amazing. And it was! I was nervous because my original centerpiece idea was not going to work out, however, she made a sample centerpiece for me at no additional cost and let me keep it to show my family and friends. Needless to say it looked awesome. I had a baseball themed wedding and her husband drilled holes in over 70 baseballs and inserted wooden sticks into every single one of them. The centerpieces were the perfect touch. As for the bouquets, they were absolutely gorgeous. The colors were amazing and the flowers were beyond fresh. I received so many compliments about them. Delivery to both locations was right on time and everything arrived packaged wonderfully and in perfect shape. In addition to this, the flowers not only held perfectly throughout the entire day, they held up for days after also. From start to finish, Beth Anne and her team were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them, without a doubt, to anyone that was looking for a florist for any type of event!

Bethann and her staff are FANTASTIC!!! Thank you for creating the most beautiful atmosphere any bride could ask for!! The flowers were beautiful. The bouquets and centerpieces were over the top and the fall colors added so much warmth to our reception. Everywhere you looked Bethann made sure you were looking at beautiful flowers!! Beth Ann was able to visualize exactly what I wanted in flowers, and nailed the look perfectly. In addition, she was able to accomodate me with only a few weeks notice even with her very busy schedule. A pleasure to work with, she was calm and calming, experienced and insightful about what would look good in my venue, and made suggestions to help me keep within budget and still have a beautiful look. She treated me like I was her only and most important customer, and she had nothing else to do but sit and discuss my wedding with me. Beth Ann provided me with some of the most beautiful and fresh flowers I have ever had, along with impeccable service. I highly recommend her.

I hired Pocket Full of Posies for my wedding because I had an instant connection with Bethann, the owner. She is so knowledgeable about flowers and weddings and put my mind at ease! When writing up what flowers we wanted for the wedding she gave her professional opinion if she thought one of my ideas wasnt the best for the look i wanted or for the season. she was very concious of our budget and was honest about what we were getting. when i wanted to add something but was going over budget, she was honest and would tell me what else i could take out in order to stay on budget. unlike other florists i met with, bethann did not charge for vase rentals, delivery, or set up fee. she even gave me rose petals for the aisle free of charge when other florists charged by the foot. i called bethann a few times to change my flowers and she always made herself available, even when i wanted to meet two weeks before the wedding to finalize everything. bethann is creative and does FLAWLESS work. it is obvious she is passionate about what she does.

I am the first to admit that I am clueless about flowers and was pretty lost in what I wanted for my wedding. Luckily, Beth Ann was SO helpful and she created such beautiful bouquets, corsages, boutonieres and centerpieces for my wedding. I was very impressed with how beautiful they were. Her prices are very reasonable so I highly recommend her!

Where do I begin? On the eve of my wedding (June 29) there was a storm that came out of thin air and knocked the power out in most of the South Jersey area. I was completely freaking out when I woke up and realized that not only was my venue powerless but millions of people were also! The first phone call that I received that morning was from Beth Ann the owner of Pocket Full of Posies. She informed me that she had been working on my flowers since 2 am and when the power was knocked out that she had brought in a generator to finish all of the table centerpieces, my bouquet the girls flowers. She assured me that everything was going to be fine. Everything was better then fine! It was amazing! We had to shift rooms and change the original plan at the venue based on the power situation. Beth Ann worked with the Seaview to customize my cake and make sure all arrangements were perfect in their new location. We had everything that was promised and the flowers were phenomenal! And all of this with no power! If you are looking for professional, reliable, affordable florist then look no further then Pocket Full of Posies on your wedding day!!!!

I was really nervous about picking flowers for our wedding. Pocket Full of Posies made the process quick, easy and fun. Our flowers were gorgeous!! They were also extremely helpful with last minute changes, etc. They made our day even more beautiful!

When I was planning my wedding I had booked everything 2 years in advance, includng my flowers! About three months before my wedding I got a phone call that my florist was no longer in business and I was heartbroken until I met Beth Ann! I called her in the morning and she saw my that night! After our meeting I knew I was in good hands. She made me feel so happy and comfortable. Not only was I getting twice as much flowers but I was saving money! The day of the wedding I could not have asked for anything more for the flowers! They were gorgeous!!!! I got married almost 9 months ago and my wedding guest still talk about how amazing my flowers were! Everytime someone tells me they get engaged I tell them they have to get their flowers at Pocket Full of Posies! I absolutly love this place!!!!!!!!!!

Beth is great! The flowers were beautiful and looked exactly the way she described them. They were simply gorgeous. And the thing that was especially great is that she doesn't take advatage. If she can achieve an elegant look at a lesser price tag, she will. She doesn't make you feel like you have to spend a lot, She makes you feel somfortable and is very friendly.

I had visited with five different florists in the South Jersey area for my upcoming wedding, and only on a whim did I stop by Pocket Full of Posies as I was in Smithville with my daughter one day. The kindness, professionalism and attention to every detail I described is what sold me on pocket full of posies. Beth took the time to speak to us and show us albums of wedding samples and really listen to what I wanted without giving me what she wanted, even without an appointment. I must admit I was a little nervous later when I found out my wedding was the day before her wedding, but only for a moment thinking maybe she would pay more attention to her own wedding and mine would suffer. Everytime I needed to change anything immediate attention and nothing less then professionalism was given. Even at the very last moment when I had a last minute flower girl, everything was taken care of. My flowers were esquisite, everyone loved them especially us. There was never a need to worry even for that small moment, because even though my day was the day before her big day, the owner ensured every detail of my floral arrangements and bouquets were perfect and exactly what I envisioned!! Thank you.

Pocket Full of Posies provided the flowers for our wedding, including centerpieces. Bethann was fantastic to work with. She stayed within a reasonable budget, providing creativity and an eye for detail in all of her bouquets and centerpieces. The flowers were so fresh and the have lasted 2 weeks after my wedding! Gorgeous arrangements and friendly service. I couldn't have asked for a better florist to envision my dream flowers. A+++

My bouquet exceeded my expectations. All of the flowers came out perfect!! The setup came out unbelievable. She helped keep me on budget but still make everything beautiful. The amount of setup she helped with was more than I could even ask. Would definitely reccomend pocket full of posies to anyone. Work is amazing and people are so easy to work with.

Our florist was great to work with. She knew the area extremely well and has done floral arrangements for hundreds of weddings. It is a smaller mom/pop type shop and this allowed us to easily and effectively communicate our wants to the florist.

I decided to use Pocket Full of Posies because they were right down the street from my church and reception venue...and I'm so glad I did! The owner Beth Ann really knows her flowers! She really listened to the ideas I had and made great suggestions for the arrangements I wasn't so sure about. She even accommodated last minute changes up until the wedding. Each of my 6 bridesmaids each had a solid different colored wildflower bouquet, while mine was a mix of all of them. They came out absolutely beautiful! I just LOVED my bouquet and received so many compliments. To top it off, my wedding was supposed to be in Smithville, BUT there was a horrible derecho storm that shut down power in the whole area. Beth Ann called me in the morning to assure me that the flowers were fine and not to worry; they would be delivered where ever I needed them to be. On such a stressful, crazy morning, it was nice to know that this was one less thing I had to worry about. Talk about reliable! Thanks to Beth...

Beth Ann and her husband made my wedding day spectacular! I couldn't of asked for a better vendor for my flowers! Everything was absolutely incredible and the dedication they attribute to their work is superb. Although I got married between Hurrican Sandy and the freak snow storm Beth never let me worry. She assured me that no matter what happened that she would make sure my wedding was beautiful and she definitely delivered!!!

My husband and I ordered flowers with this vendor for our wedding and found the staff to be very friendly and flexible when taking our order. Although it was difficult to contact them to make changes (as they do not have an email to contact them by and returning phone calls was a problem at times) They were very understanding when changing our order when we decided that we did not want to spend so much on our flower budget (It seemed a little too pricey for us, and I wound up making my own flower arrangements for less than half the cost for outdoor centerpieces and my bridal party bouquets). They did however, put together a beautiful bouquet and centerpieces for the reception since I wanted to have some real flowers. Many guests commented on how loverly the glass cylinders looked with the submerged flowers and floating candles (although I did notice that I had requested blue flowers, and the ones provided were quite purple). Also, the morning of my wedding the delivery man who came to drop off my bouquet seemed pretty disgruntled about having to find the location we were getting ready at (he said he had called the room, but there was no phone so I'm still stumped to how he did that?) In the end though, the flowers were a lovely touch and did not put a damper on my day! Beautiful flowers and arrangements, but perhaps there are other vendors or options to consider! Very convenient since it was so close to our venue though, since we were not charged a delivery fee!
