Let's talk about brilliant! Planning our wedding from 3000 miles away was no easy task. We needed our cake vendor, so we sent emails to a number of places we could find online and described our event and basically what our thoughts were. We asked for their input/recommendations. Of all the vendors we emailed, Stella! was the ONLY one to gives us an email that you could tell actual thought went into it. Options, and detailed information about how the cakes would look where other vendors emailed one liners "Yes, we can do it - call us" type response. I knew we found the company that truly enjoyed what they do and wanted to make the best possible product for us because that's what they LOVE to do. Thank you Stella! Baking Company!

The butter cream cake was delicious! They did a beautiful job. We had a small wedding, so the only downside was that the bottom tier wasn't big enough to cut when we cut the cake. So we had to cut from the top tier. I didn't find this to be a big deal, but some might since it's what people save for their first anniversary.

Stella! was super accommodating, especially since we had changed cake vendors last minute, or at least what I considered to be "late in the game". The entire experience was easy and fun. The cake was AMAZING, PERFECT, and sooo beautiful! It was not only what we had envisioned, but better! Thank you Stella! for making our dream wedding cake a reality!

This review is long over due and I apologize! Our wedding was in cape may, nj in october 2012. It was really small so we wanted something different for our guests. Let me start off and say mark and his wife were such a pleasure to work with! Their work is amazing! Their flavors are great and I had all faith that they would come up with something amazing. With our wedding being so small I didn't want to break the bank but I wanted something that everyone to talk about. We came up with "mini cakes" for our guests. I sent emails and we had a meeting. On our wedding I was amazed! The cakes were so much more than I expected! Everyone was so impressed with the cakes. For the money, quality and taste go with Stella!

Mark makes the most amazing cakes, not only do they look fantastic but the cakes taste good as well. My family and I have ordered about eight cakes from this bakery and each cake is a crowd pleaser. At every event the cake is the talk of the party, people are asking for business cards as they anxiously wait to taste the cake. Mark is very easy to work with and always go the extra mile, not to mention very reasonably priced. PS...I reccomend the lemon raspberry flavored cake and the chocolate cake, awesome.

Provided a beautiful cake that was neat and clean. The cake had all the qualities we asked for. It was obvious it was done with care. It will be a cake I will always love and remember. They provided amazing service and were extremely friendly and professional.

I had a great experience working with Stella! bakery. I can imagine it must be hard to find a balance between designing for what the customer wants and being the professional who know what will actually look nice. They did a wonderful job of taking my ideas and putting them together into something beautiful, but not being disrespectful or disregarding what I had envisioned as well.

I've been fortunate to have sampled many of Stella!Baking Company's outstanding cakes. The flavors are wonderful, whether you're looking for something traditional or completely over-the-top. The decorating was top notch and my cake looked so incredible I didn't want to eat it. Mark and his staff are true professionals and I'll definitely continue to use Stella! for all my cake needs!

Mark and Christina from Stella was amazing! I went to meet with thim and they were so responsive and just really listened to what we were looking foR. We were on a pretty tight budget and they made suggestions as to how we could get what we wanted within our price range, like changing from a difficult fondant flower to a more simple buttercream one. The cupcake tower and cake the day of we're gorgeous! I'm so glad I found an affordable, local bakery for my cake! Much more personal thn going to any old bakery and ordering something out of a book!
