Valleybrook Country Club

Valleybrook was an awesome place for our wedding. Tracey Mullin is so easy to work with, makes fabulous recommendations and does not nickel and dime for extras. You don't need a wedding planner as Tracey makes life so easy the day of the wedding! highly recommend Valleybrook. The outside gazebo was also wonderfull for the wedding.

Tracy and her staff were wonderful throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was extremely flexible with our wants and needs and went above and beyond to make us happy. Because our wedding was in December we had some concerns with weather and lighting but Tracy and her staff made sure that none of that was an issue. From the fire pits to the heaters, our guests never felt as if it was winter outside (except for the beautiful lighting and decorations inside!) I would highly recommend Valleybrook for anyone planning a wedding!

There are not enough words to explain the experience my Husband and I had at Valleybrook Country Club. Tracey Mullin the planner was extremely attentive from the first day we walked into the Country club. She was willing to accommodate any request we had and was extremely patient with my indecisiveness. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our day special and to take care of our guest. The grounds are beatiful and great for pictures. There are so many stresses and nerves that come with planning a wedding but as soon as we picked Valleybrook all those concerns went away. There isnt one thing they wouldnt do to make you have the best experience and wedding day possible. Our guest raved about how wonderful the food and desserts were. If I had to do it all over again I wouldnt change a thinng!

Tracey worked with us every step of the way making sure to listen to what was important to us. She truly made this a special "worry free" day for me as a bride and I knew that everything would be perfect. We had our own personal attendants assigned to us adding a personal touch that was so helpful. The Bridal Suite was elegant and allowed us to have a special place to dress and retreat to as needed! I would highly recommend Valley Brook and it's staff to any Bride to be....what a lovely place and people!

Valleybrook Country Club was the second place my husband and I stopped to look and we knew it was it right away! The staff was super nice, the venue is beautiful, and above all the price was right! First off, Tracey, the event coordinator, was awesome! She was extremely flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process! She made sure everything would go wonderful the day of our wedding! The staff are also great! Thank you, Britney and Shawn! Then, there's the food! It was delicious! The food tasting before the wedding was the best part of the planning process. And the cake from Isgro's bakery was wonderful! We went in with a picture of a cake we found online and they did a perfect job recreating it! And another cool part of the planning process, Tracey let's you take a golf cart out on the the course before the wedding so you can find locations you want your photography done at. This was so much fun and it really helps knowing before the day of the wedding because it saves time! As for the day of the wedding, everything went perfect! And all of our guest are commenting on how nice everything was! We are so happy with our experience with Valleybrook, we extremely recommend it to any future couple looking to have their wedding done there.

My bride and I visited many venues before we met with Tracey Mullin at Valleybrook. When we arrived and walked in we knew instantly that this was the right place to have our wedding reception. Tracey was very flexible and catered to our desires for our special day. She kept in contact and took care of us throughout the process. Tracey Mullin went above and beyond in handling our reception. On our wedding day, they did an exceptional job of service and making our day special. All of the employees made everyone feel welcomed. This is a special place with special service and great employees. I recommend Valleybrook to all.

Tracey - Event (Engagement Party) I wanted to complement you and your staff for an outstanding performance on Friday night. We have rarely in our experience ever been complemented unanimously by guests at any party or event we've ever had. They absolutely loved it, without exception, as we did. The food was excellent; "Amazing". The service was outstanding AAA+. The bar staff was the best we ever experience at this type of party. The staff was so bright, their attitude added to the pleasure an fun we all had. You should be very proud of them and the product and service you offer. When I started looking at venues Valleybrook was my first. I remember saying, "This is so not where I am getting married." Then I met Tracey, talk about customer service. When I left I was still unsure, after 2 weeks of looking Valleybrook became the place to beat. Once we decided and were worried about price, we called Tracey and let me tell you, she is an amzing person! Ron Jaworski should give her a piece of the place, she is that good. No side talking, she is honest and caring. Anything I asked for or about she accomodated. Her timeline kept me on track and even with the unexpected heat wave we had (my wedding was in July) she moved everything inside without a blink. The staff that day was gracious, accomodating and sweet! Our suite hostess was adorable and Sean was wonderful. Tracey and her staff made it perfect. My doubts about a country club wedding were laid to rest because of Tracey and her staff. The food and the amenities were plenty. Tracey is like having a wedding planner, she knows her stuff and the staff proves it as well. Thank you for making our wedding so very special. People still say how much fun they had and how nice it all was. Great memories!

The staff helped us from beginning to end and were very professional and polite. The food was delicious and the everything was beautiful! The staff was very flexible to our needs and always provided quick and helpful responses to all our questions and concerns.

We selected Valleybrook Country Club for our wedding and ceremony for many reasons, but what really sold us was Tracey Mullin. She was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Anything we wanted or needed, she was there to help! We were able to get everything we wanted for our ceremony and reception at a great value. On the day of our wedding the staff wonderful, especially Brittney. She was by my side the entire time taking excellent care of me. Our ceremony was outside at the gazebo and it was absolutely beautiful. The bridal suite was remodeled in the spring and is gorgeous. We had a sit down dinner reception. Everything was delicious, we loved the food and wedding cake. I can’t say enough about Valleybrook Country Club, we loved it and we hope you will too! Thank you Tracey!!!

We were very happy with Valleybrook. They catered to our every need and were wonderful. They were very reasonable and the food was delicious.

We chose Valleybrook for 2 reasons even though it is a good hour to an hour and a half from most of our guests homes including ourselves. The 1st was the value you get for your money. Out of the dozens of venues we visited before choosing, Valleybrook by far exceeded the others in overall value from what was included with their packages to the cleanliness and overall look/layout of the reception hall. Whereas almost every venue we looked at trys to nickel-&-dime you through added fees (table linens, chair covers, champagne toasts, cakes & cake-cutting, etc..) Valleybrook lays out what you get for your money during your first meeting and doesn't tack-on extra fees for normal wedding services. The 2nd reason we chose Valleybrook was the coordinator/planner, Tracey Mullin. From the first meeting we had with her, she was the most friendly, professional and accomodating out of any we had met to that point or after. She was the only one to make us feel that she and her staff were there for us...to help us have the best day possible without stressing or getting our own hands dirty. Whereas other planners & venue managers constantly repeated "you'll have to do this...or you'll have to do that", Tracey told us her staff would take care of everything, which they did. Leading up to the wedding as well as the day of, she was always quick to respond to our questions and take care of us in every way we could've ever required. On the wedding day, we had a major rainstorm, yet the staff at Valleybrook did an amazing job decorating the hall and turning it over quickly for the reception. The cocktail hour looked amazing and most of our guests raved about everything during the night from the food to the decor and the friendliness of the waitors & barstaff. Also the Captain assigned to us as well as the Maitre D' both were very friendly and accomodating as the rest of the staff were. I could easily say to choose Valleybrook based on Tracey alone, but the simple fact is, the venue as a whole was flawless and perfect with the best service for your money. I can't recommend Valleybrook enough!

Tracey and the rest of the staff at Valleybrook Country Club did an outstanding job at our March 26th wedding. They were extremely accomodating, happy to help both my husband and I, and all of our guests, and very well priced. From the drinks, to the food, to the staff, everything was fantastic!

What an awesome place to get married! They tailored a wedding package to meet exactly what we were looking for. They were willing to do anything to make the day absolutely perfect. Valleybrook was GREAT!!! Tracey, Theresa and Dominique were AMAZING!! I could not have asked for more! We did a non-traditional brunch and everyone loved it! I would recommend VB to anyone!
